Many old stables have been completely rebuilt. Two major drainage systems have been installed to decrease the risk of flooding on the yard and many of the concrete surfaces have been replaced. A hard surface pathway has been built into the fields.

Chelmsford Equestrian Centre Livery offers DIY, Part and Full Livery options. Livery horses are kept in two herds (Geldings and Mares) which have access to newly fenced fields through the summer and winter.
