[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row container=”1″][vc_column][vc_column_text]As a thank you for being a loyal Chelmsford Equestrian Centre customer, we are offering you the opportunity of receiving a 25% discount on your 11th lesson.  Just pick up one of our new Loyalty Cards from reception and bring it with you every time you ride.  Receive a stamp on your card from our friendly receptionists and once you’ve completed the card with 10 stamps (one for each time you ride in a lesson) you can book your 11th lesson for free.

There are some conditions however which are outlined below.

Loyalty card terms and conditions

• Loyalty Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 
• The Loyalty Card may only be completed and redeemed by the individual named on it.
• The Card is not transferable and must be presented each time you book a lesson to receive your stamp.

The Loyalty Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or be used as payment or part payment of any other event.

The card must be presented to reception at the time of the lesson to receive the stamp. Stamp entitlement will be forfeited if the card is not presented.

Lost or damaged cards will not be honoured and stamps will not be carried over.  A replacement card will be issued and the offer will be started again.   It is up to the cardholder to keep their card safe.

Discounted riding lesson must be pre-booked with reception. The Centre’s 24-hour notice cancellation policy applies to all lessons, including the discounted lesson.

The discounted riding lesson will only apply to lessons of the same value as those previously booked. If during the duration of the card, the holder “moves up” to a more advanced group lesson of a higher value, the 11^th lesson will apply to the lower level, lower value lesson. To book the higher value lesson, the difference in price will need to be paid. If various types of lessons are booked i.e. off-peak private and peak private lessons, the lower priced lesson will apply to the discounted 11^th lesson.

The Loyalty Card scheme does not apply to any other scheme where lessons are already discounted, i.e. Livery Owners Family Discount, discounted sessions for schools and other organisations.
